Opportunity
One of Shingle Inn’s key points of difference is the special occasion created by a trip to the iconic bakery café. Shingle Inn was looking for a way to re-invigorate interest in special family occasions that were possible every day, without the need for complicated planning.

Activity
FranchEyes Marketing and PR, in conjunction with Shingle Inn’s operations and marketing departments, created a Family High Tea promotion, combining two items already on the menu – High Tea and Kid’s High Tea – at a special price.

Result
High Tea sales increased 30% during the month the promotion was run. The equivalent of $2,500 of advertising was also generated in publicity by FranchEyes.
